摘要
目的 :比较紫花烧伤膏与 SD- Ag冷霜对 度烧伤创面治疗的临床效果 ,总结出其优越性。方法 :观察组 15 6例使用紫花烧伤膏治疗 ,根据烧伤创面的特点分别采用暴露、半暴露或包扎疗法 ;对照组 12 8例使用 SD- Ag冷霜 ,采用包扎疗法治疗 度创面 ,然后观察创面表现、感染、全身反应、创面愈合等情况 ,并进行比较和统计学分析。结果 :观察组止痛效果良好、创面肿胀渗出轻、感染率低 (1.92 %与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1) ,全身反应轻 ,创面愈合时间短 (与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1) ,无瘢痕增生。结论 :紫花烧伤膏治疗浅 度～深 度烧伤具有止痛、保护创面、防治感染、减轻局部和全身反应、加快创面愈合、预防瘢痕增生的作用 ,在临床使用中具有方便、有效、经济和患者易接受等优点。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Zihua Burn Ointment and SD Ag cold cream in treating Ⅱ degree burns.Methods:156 cases were treated with Zihua Burn Ointment (treatment group).The exposed, semi exposed therapy and wrapt up therapy were also carried out.128 cases were treated with SD Ag cold cream and wrapt up therapy(control group).The results were statistically analyzed.Results:The treatment group had the shorter wound healing time and the good pain relieving effect.The scar was not found after healing in deep Ⅱ degree burn.The rate of infection was lower ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The Zihua Burn Ointment has good pain relieving,wound protecting and infection preventing.The healing time is also shorter.It has the characteristic of convenient,effective,economics and is accepted easily by patients.
