摘要
为观察紫花烧伤膏对促进肛瘘挂线术后创面愈合的作用，对92例肛瘘患者挂线术后随机分为两组进行创面对比观察。结果显示，在减少创口疼痛、减少瘢痕、缩短愈合天数等方面，紫花烧伤膏组均明显优于常规用药的对照组（P〈0．05），在肛瘘挂线术后中后期，紫花烧伤膏对创面修复具有促进作用。
For the objective of investigating promotion role of ZiHua burn ointment on wound healing after thread-drawing operation for anal fistula,the 92 patients were random divided into two groups,then the results of both groups were compared. The group subjected to ZiHua burn ointment was all superior to controlled group subjected to routine use drug in such aspects as reduction of wound pain,decrease of scars, shorten healing time（days）,etc. （ P 〈0.05）,and the ointment has promotion on wound repair in mid-and later-stage.
