茶多酚抗氧化剂对高原习服的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解抗氧化剂茶多酚对进藏官兵高原习服的影响 ,旨在为驻平原部队进藏选择更好的降低高原反应预防用药。方法 对服药的 48人 (TP组 )和未服药 85人 (对照组 )采用进驻不同高度、不同时间的急性高原反应症状群体问卷调查。结果 与对照组相比 ,进藏第 2天 (2 80 0m)、进藏第 1 0天 (4 70 0m)急性高原反应症状人次和积分都明显低于对照组 ,差异均非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 抗氧化剂茶多酚是降低急性高原反应、促进高原习服的良好预防用药。 Objective To study effects of tea polyphenols antioxidant on adaption of the special military manoeuvring in the tableland, and further select proper drug to alleviate the adverse reaction of theplain military before entering Tibet. Methods 133 armymen were randomly divided into TP group (48) and control group (85). They were questioned about their acute reaction symptom of entering Tibet at different latitude and at different time. Results Compared with the control group, the person-time and the integral of the acute altitude stress syndrom were apperently lower than the control group at the second day (2 800 m) and the tenth day (4 700 m) in Tibet. The differences were remarkble (P<0.01). Conclusion Tea polyphenols antioxidant is helpful to decrease the acute altitude stress syndrom and to enhance the adaption to the tableland.
