摘要
目的 探讨降纤酶联合山莨菪碱治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 分析 3 2例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者用降纤酶与山莨菪碱联合治疗的疗效。结果 有效率 5 3 1 % ,显效率 3 7 5 % ,总有效率 90 6% ,血液流变学各项指标有明显改善。结论 降纤酶联合山莨菪碱治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效显著 ,不失为一种有效的治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of defibrase in combination with anisodamine on diabetic peripheral nerve disease. Methods 32 Cases With Diabetic peripheral nerve disease were treated with defibrase in combination with anisodamine. Results after the treatment course, its effective rate amounts to 53.1%, the effectual rate was 37.5%, the total effective rate was 90.6% with significant improvement in indexes of blood rheology. Conclusion defibrase in combination with anisodamine has a significant effecton diabetic peripheral nerve disease and maybe regarded as an effective therapy.
