摘要
应用较新颖的方法对64例糖尿病患者高凝状态进行检测。结果表明,糖尿病患者体内有高凝倾向存在,尤其伴有血管病变者。
The hypercoagulable state of 64 patients with diabetes mellitus was studied. The results showed that the levels of β-TG, PF4 and PAgT were increased, KPTT was shorten, the level of VIIIF:Ag and the ratio of VIIIF:Ag/VIII:C were increased, the level of a2-MG was increased, and the results of TEG also showed that there was hypercoagulable state in these patients, especially in the patients with vascular disease. On the contrary, the levels of PC and PLG were increased and the levels of TPS in some patients were increased for preventing thrombosis.
