摘要
目的探讨妊高征患者应用钙剂后对骨矿量、血清钙的影响 ,观察预防骨矿量降低的作用。方法选择60例妊娠24～26周预测妊高征试验阳性的孕妇。首次测量血清钙(2.20±0.3)mmol/L、骨矿量(0.72±0.2)g/cm2、平均动脉压(12.5±0.3)kPa。随机分为两组。口服葡萄糖酸钙1～2g/d。治疗的30例孕妇为观察组 ;未口服葡萄糖酸钙片的30例孕妇为对照组。12周后复查血清钙、骨矿量、平均动脉压。结果12周后选择60例孕妇妊娠36～38周 ,测观察组和对照组血清钙(2.20±0.2)mmol/L、(1.97±0.3)mmol/L、骨矿量(0.70±0.3)g/cm2、(0.67±0.3)g/cm2、平均动脉压(12.7±0.3)kPa、(13.6±0.3)kPa。两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论血清钙与骨矿量之间呈正相关系。血清钙、骨矿量与平均动脉压呈负相关系。口服葡萄糖酸钙片1～2g/d 。
Objective To study the bone mineral density and serum calcium of pregnancy_induced hypertension(PIH) applied calcium dosage and to observe its function in preventing bone mineral decrease . Methods To choose 60 patients who were detectable experiment positive of PIH in 24th to 26th pregnancy week and part them into two groups randomly. One group took oral calcium gluconic acid tablets 1～2g/d as treatment and the other group were control without calcium dosage. To measure every patient's serum calcium (2.20±0.3 mmol/L), bone mineral density (0.72±0.2 g/cm2) and mean arterial pressure (12.5±0.3 kPa)before therapy and measure the index again after 12 weeks therapy. Results In the observe group and the control group, the serum calcium were 2.02 ± 0.2 mmol/L and 1.97 ± 0.3 mmol/L separately; the bone mineral density were 0.70±0.3 g/cm2 and 0.67±0.3 g/cm2 separately; the mean arterial pressure were 12.7±0.3 kPa and 13.6±0.3 kPa separately. The difference between two groups was significant. Conclusions The serum calcium was correlated with the bone mineral density positively. The serum calcium and the bone mineral density was correlated with the mean arterial pressure negatively. To take oral calcium gluconic acid tablets 1～2 g/d can prevent from the bone mineral density decrease.
