摘要
本文观察了青海高原地区五年中胃镜检出的1838例消化性溃疡(874例胃溃疡和964例十二指肠球部溃疡)患者发病与季节的关系。发现消化件溃疡的发病下半年高于上半年,差别有显著性(u=4.33,P<0.01)。胃溃疡和十二指肠球部溃疡分别观察,发病率也是下半年高于上半年,差别有显著性(u=2.28 P<0.05;u=2.0 P<0.05)。
We had observed 1838 cases of peptic ulcer (874 cases of gastric ulcer and 964 cases duodenal ulcer)diagnosed by gastrocopy in past five years at Qinghai plateau and analyzed the relationship between the morbidity of peptic ulcer and seasons.The morbidity of peptic ulcer in the second half of a year was found to be significantly higher than that in the fir- st half of a year.(U=4.33,P<0.01 )The morbidity of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the second half of a year wore also found to be significantly higher than those in the first half of a year respectively. (U=2.28,P<0.05,U=2.0,P<0.05)
