摘要 目的研究饥饿及饥饿后复食对大鼠内脏器官的影响 (正常饮水 )。方法雄性大鼠平均体重为 239. 3± 24. 1 g,饥饿 3天和 9天及饥饿后复食 3天和 9天,测定脏器系数。结果饥饿引起体重显著下降,全脑、睾丸和肾上腺脏器系数显著上升,肝脏器系数显著下降 (P < 0. 001),脾重量及脏器系数饥饿 9天后反而上升。结论饥饿严重影响了动物的内脏器官。 Objective:This work was to determine the effects of starvation and post- starvation refeeding on the viscera orgahs of wistar rats.Methods:Male wistar rats,weighing 239.3± 24.1 g,were starved for 3 d and 9d,then refed for 3d and 9d to determine organ relative weight,respectively.Results:The results showed that the starvation caused significantly decreasing of weight of tested rats and the organ relative weight of liver(P<0.001),increasing of the organ relativs weight of brain,spermary and adernal glang.Conclusion:The statvation have a serious effect on the viscera organs of rats.
