摘要
观察了110只3—6岁藏系绵羊新鲜心脏心室部的形态结构。结果如下:①左心室肉柱粗大,呈浮雕状隆起,大多与心长轴平行。右心室内肉柱相对细小。②左心室内乳头肌有两个,即前乳头肌和后乳头肌。两乳头肌均呈长圆锥状降起、发达,均为附着型。③心骨位于主动脉纤维环右侧,分为两种:一种呈尖细的三角形,长1.76±0.21cm;另一种两端大小基本相同,长1.13±0.24cm。④室中隔膜部较小,右侧面轮廓明显,呈椭圆形或三角形。⑤主动脉半月瓣结粗大,呈半球形小结节状,出现率为97%;肺动脉瓣半月瓣结较小,呈短柱状,出现率为86%。⑥本文还测量了心室壁的厚度和各瓣膜口的周径。
110 fresh hearts of Tibetan-sheep in age ranged from3—6 years wereused in the study.The results are as follows:(1)The trabeculae carneae inthe left ventricle are thick columns in relief and they vary in size.Themost of them parallel to the long axis of the heart.In right ventricle the tra-beculae carneae are less evident than those in left ventricle.(2)There aretwo papillary muscles in the left ventricle,namely,the cranial and the caudal papillary muscles,and both are strong,tethered type and conical in shape.(3)Os cordis is found in the right side of the aortic fibrous ring,whichis divided into two types.One is sharp triangular in shape.It is 1,76±0.21cm in length.The other one is the same size at two ends,and 0.13±0.24 cmin length.(4)pars membranacea is small and evidently oval or trianglar in outline on the right side of the septum.(5)Nodulus va-lvulae somilunaris is strong semiball nodule on the aortic valve,and it issmall cylindric nodule on the pulmonary valve,Its frequence is 97% on theaortic valve and 86% on the pulmonary valve.(6)The thickness of ventric-ular walls and internal circumference of the atrioventricular orifices andarterial orifices were determined in the paper.
