摘要
为了解梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)心壁的组织结构特征及相关活性物质的表达,利用生物组织切片技术和免疫组织化学方法观察分析了梅花鹿心室壁的组织结构和Caspase-3与NF-κB蛋白的表达.结果显示,梅花鹿心室壁从内向外依次为心内膜、心肌膜和心外膜三层,心内膜包括内皮、内皮下层和心内膜下层,心内膜下层分布有大量浦肯野纤维;心肌膜构成心壁厚度的绝大部分,包括结缔组织支架和心肌;心外膜仅由薄层结缔组织和间皮构成,内有血管、神经和脂肪组织;Caspase-3,NF-κB蛋白在心内膜、心肌和浦肯野纤维中均呈免疫反应阳性,但二者的表达强度有差异,它们的协同表达可能对哺乳动物心组织细胞生长、发育和成熟的调控有一定作用.
In order to understand the histological characteristics of the heart wall and the expression of Caspase-3,NF-κB protein in Sika deer(Cervus nippon),biological tissue section technology and immunohistochemical method were used to observe and analyze the histological structure of the ventricular wall and the expression of caspase-3 and NF-κB proteins.The results show that the ventricular wall of Cervus nippon is composed of endocardium,myocardium and epicardium from inside to outside.The endocardium includes endothelium,subendothelium and subendocardium.A large number of Purkinje fibers are distributed in the subendocardial layer.The Myocardial membranes constitute the majority of wall thickness,including connective tissue scaffolds and myocardium.The epicardium consists of only thin connective tissue and mesothelium with blood vessels,nerves and adipose tissue.Caspase-3 and NF-κB protein are immunoreactive in endocardium,myocardium and Purkinje fibers,but their expression intensity is different.Their synergistic expression may play a role in regulating the growth,development and maturation of mammalian cardiac tissue cells.
