摘要
由于高科技产业面临的巨大风险性 ,创业基金的参入是支持其发展的重要动力。本文从高科技产业的风险性、风险投资基金机构的形式、运行机制、风险投资基金的收回等方面进行了阐述。
Since the Hi-teck industry confronts a high degree of risk,the participation of the Original Fund is the most important driving force of its development.The thesis illustrates the point from the angle of the risks faced by the Hi-teck industry,th structure of the risky investment fund as well as its running-model,and,the withdrawl of the risky investment fund.
