与发达国家投资基金业一百多年的发展历程相比， 建立于９０ 年代初的我国投资基金业仍处在起步阶段， 目前存在着许多问题。本文介绍了投资基金的有关情况， 并结合国外发展投资基金的历史与现状，
Compared with the over a hundred years' history of investment fund in developed countries, the industry in China established in the 1990s is still in its initial stage and with a lot of problems. This paper has introduced the general conditions of the industry, its development and status in other countries and offered some suggestions and countermeasures concerning the development of investment fund industry in this country.
