摘要
研究了罗红霉素 -替硝唑药木念根管消毒的有效性。选择慢性根尖周炎患牙 15 6例 ,随机分成两组 ,根管制备后 ,分别给予罗红霉素 -替硝唑药木念及甲醛甲酚 ,进行根管消毒 ,比较其疗效 ,显示抗生素药木念和甲醛甲酚的根管消毒作用均较强 ,两者间无显著差异。可见罗红霉素 -替硝唑药木念是一种安全。
This paper makes a research of the effectiveness of Roxithromycin-Tinidazole medicated thread in root canal disinfection. The research was done by selecting 156 sample teeth with chronic periapical disease and dividing them into 2 groups randomly. After the root canals were prepared, disinfection was performed with Roxithromycin-Tinidazole medicated thread and formo-cresol solution respectively to compare their curative effects. The results show that the curative effects of both ways are strong without obvious differences. It seems to have proved that Roxithromycin-Tinidazole medicated thread is a kind of safe and effective root canal disinfectant which can accelerate the healing of root apex disease.
