摘要
对４６例根尖周炎患者牙根管内厌氧菌分离培养，结果分离出厌氧菌共１３９株，其中急性根尖周炎９５株，慢性根尖周炎４４株，厌氧菌分离率为９６％，检出率较高的厌氧为梭杆菌属、消化链球菌属、丙酸杆菌属、拟杆菌属、卟啉菌属。
139 strains of anaerobic bacteria were isolated from infected root cannals of the teeth with periapical lesions in 46 cases. Among the strains 94 were isolated from acute periapical lesions and 45 from chronic periapical lesions. The isolation rate of anaerobic is 96% and the higher rates are the isoloation of Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Peptostreptococcus. Bacterides melaninogenicus and Fusobacterium nucleatum may play an important role in the induction of acute periapical lesions.
