摘要
通过对 4例非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术围术期的护理 ,认为术前应正确评估病人 ,给患者讲解非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的优点 ,调动病人主动参与的意识 ,使其在知情同意的情况下接受手术。术后应重视维持循环稳定及动态监测心率、血压和中心静脉压 ,最大限度减少心肌耗氧量 ,观察吻合口再通情况 ;尽早拔除气管插管 ,有效防止低氧血症 ;鼓励早期下床活动并指导日后进行的适应性运动 ,保持冠状动脉“桥”
Four successful cases of preoperative nursing care in the `off pump' coronary artery bypass were reported. The following points are important to the maintenance of the patency rate:Correct preoperative evaluation of the patient's condition; showing to the patients the good effects of the operation to promote their active cooperation; postoperative stabilization of circulation, heart rate, blood pressure and CVP, minimizing the oxygen consumption of the cardiac muscle, close observation of the condition of patency of anastomosis, and early ambulation and postoperative exercises.
