同期冠状动脉旁路移植颈内动脉内膜剥脱术的术后护理 被引量：10

Postoperative nursing of patients undergoing simultaneous coromary bypass and carotid endarterectomy

摘要 对于冠心病合并颈动脉狭窄的病人 ,同期行冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CABG)和颈内动脉内膜剥脱术 (CEA)可减少病人分期手术的风险。通过对 18例同期行CABG加CEA手术术后病人的护理 ,认为预防和护理脑部并发症、预防移植的冠状动脉再栓塞是术后护理的关键 ;应针对术后可能出现的并发症如低氧血症、出血、急性肾功能衰竭等进行预防性护理和监护 ;对于术前合并糖尿病的病人 ,应加强血糖监测和饮食指导。本组除 1例术后 31d死于脑栓塞外 ,其余均恢复良好。
