摘要
本工作用^(60)Coγ射线辐照中浓度丙烯酸水溶液制备交联型聚丙烯酸,研究辐照剂量、剂量率、单体浓度、添加剂等对聚合-交联反应的影响,测定了聚丙烯酸(盐)的吸水性、溶胀度及对其他离子的吸附能力。实验结果表明,当剂量率在1×10~2-2×10~3Gy/h范围内,本体系的聚合-交联反应主要受辐照剂量控制。辐照60%丙烯酸水溶液时,其凝胶剂量为62Gy。在同一辐照剂量下,凝胶含量随着单体浓度的增加而增加。当辐照剂量为3×10~3Gy、单体浓度为70%时,凝胶含量可达79.2%。用本方法制备的交联型聚丙烯酸(盐)有较好的溶胀能力及吸水性,尤其是当凝胶量为20%时,其吸水率可高达千倍以上。
The preparation of crosslinking polyacrylate gels by 60Co γ-ray irradiation of acrylic acid(AA) has been described. The effects of absorbed dose, dose rate, concentration of monomer and additive agent on polymerization and crosslinking reaction have been investigated. The gel contents, swelling capacities and water absorbability of the produced polyacrylate have been determined.The results have shown that the polymerization- crosslinking reaction depends on absorbed dose mainly for dose rate of 102 to 2× 103 Gy/h. The gel dose is 62Gy in the 60%(AA)H2O system. The gel amount is increased with the increase of monomer concentrations, and can reach to 79.2% with absorbed dose of 2×103 Gy for the 70% (AA)-H2O System.The water absorbability for dry crosslinking polyacrylate at room temperature is found to be more than 1000.
