摘要
壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性等特点,壳聚糖智能水凝胶能够感知外界微小的物理化学刺激,如温度、pH、电场等并在响应过程中有显著的溶胀行为或响应性,壳聚糖水凝胶的研究已引起国内外学者的广泛关注.文章介绍了壳聚糖智能水凝胶的研究现状及其在药物缓释方面的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望.
Chitosan has good biocompatibility and biodegradation characteristics, Chitosan intelligent hy- drogel has remarkable stimulative responsibility （or swelling behavior） to tiny stimulus from environ- ment, such as temperature, pH, electric field, etc. The research about chitosan hydrogel had aroused the wide attentions of domestic and overseas scholars. The current research circumstance of the intelligent hydrogels was introduced in the paper, and application in drug release of the chitosan hydrogel were de- scribed. Its development in the future was predicted, too.
