摘要
用稍加修改的Basrur的方法,研究了青海省西宁地区68头西门塔尔牛染色体畸变的类型及频率。检查出一头母牛为8-9/17-18罗伯逊易位杂合子。67头核型正常牛体细胞中,多倍体和染色体结构畸变细胞频率分别为4.11%和9.02%,成年、幼年及不同性别牛间两项频率均无显著差异。
Abstract The chromosomal aberration of Simmental cattle was studied by slightly modified Basrur's method in Xining region in Qinghai Province. A cow (No. 53) examined may be 8-9/17-18 Robertsonian translocation heterozygote. The frequency of polyploid and chromosomal structural aberration cells was 4.11% and 9.02%, resp, in 67 head of Simmental cattle with normal karyotype. There wasn't a significant difference of the frequency among different ages and sexes groups.
