摘要
阿霉素具有较强的诱发蚕豆染色体畸变的效应,畸变类型主要为染色体断裂、缺失和染色体环,因而可作为植物的一种新诱变剂。
Adriamycin possessed high effects of induction'chromosome aberration in broad bean. The aberration types mainly were breakage, deficiency', and chromosomal ring. Therefore adriamycin may be used as a chemical mutagen to plant.
