摘要
以柚皮为原料 ,以甲醇、乙醇为溶剂分别进行了柚皮黄酮的提取正交实验 ,结果表明 :乙醇浓度 90 % ,固液比 1:10 ,在 70℃条件下提取 1小时的工艺条件较好。用分光光度法测定柚皮的总黄酮含量 。
The paper studied that flavonoid was be separated from the pomelo peel with normal experiment using methanol and alcohol to be the solvent. The result showed that the optimum extracting condition is the ten times volumes 90% alcohol-water, temperature 70℃, vibrating extracting 1h. The flavonoid were determined with 721-spectrophotometer.
