摘要
以芦丁为标样,选择波长258 mm,用紫外分光光度法测定金柚皮黄酮含量。结果表明,芦丁的浓度和吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,平均回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.3%。金柚柚皮中总黄酮含量迭1.0%。本方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠。
Taking rutin as standard sample, the content of flavonoids in Pomelo Peels was measureed with UV spectrophotometry at 258nm. The result shows：there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of the rutin. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9995, the average recovery rate was 99.6% and RSD was 0.3%. The content of flavonoids in Pomelo Peels is about 1.0% with this method. The method is easy operation, rapid and its result is very accurate.
