摘要
从我国提出的可持续发展战略出发 ,阐述了目前我国的工业生产发展所面临的问题。为了解决工业发展与环境保护之间的矛盾 ,实现社会与自然的协调发展 ,提出了以清洁生产为主 ,末端处理为辅 ,从根本上消除污染 。
Proceed from postion of sustainable development s trategy in our country,the article discusses existing problems that faced by our country in the Industrial production.Inorder to solve the compicated relation b etwen Industrial development and enviromental protection and to make human and n atural enviroment develop in perfect harmony,the article sets furth that we must carry on cleaner production with the supplementary of end-of-pipe control so as to eniminate the pollution and to save on raw material and energy.
