摘要
扼要分析了能源利用与环境问题。从目前的某些国家的能源政策、煤的清洁利用技术、终端降低排放技术、能量系统综合与优化技术、余热回收利用技术及清洁能源的开发利用几方面叙述了节能与保护环境的最新措施及手段。
Problems between energy utilization and environment protection are analysized concisely in this paper.Newest measures about saving energy and protecting environment in some aspects of energy policies in some countries,such as clean coal technology，end-of-the-pipe tech nology,synthesizing and optimal technology for energy systems，the technology using both sur plus and waste thermal energy and exploiting of clean energy sources are also presented.
