摘要 目的 建立鸡眼形觉剥夺性近视 (FDM)模型 ,观察复方珍珠水解液 (MPHS)药物防治近视的疗效。方法 建立FDM模型 ,艾维茵仔鸡左眼鼻侧贴上半透明新月形 1/2眼睑眼罩 ,造成 1/2眼球形觉剥夺 ;采用A超 ,测定双眼眼内结构 ;KR710 0型电脑自动验光仪测量各组双眼屈光度 ;采用非接触式阿贝比长仪测定各眼球外径 ;正位照片测量赤道8个半径。通过眼球形态学、屈光学比较FDM模型组与各组间的差异。结果 模型组比正常组眼球外径扩大。玻璃体腔扩张为 113% ;眼内轴长增大至 10 8% ;8个赤道半径扩大 ,差异呈显著性 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1)。屈光度增加 -2 0 87D ;而MPHS药品则显著抑制了眼球形态学的扩张 ;抑制负性屈光度的增长。结论  ( 1)FDM模型眼球的各种测量结果均证实模型建立成功 ,玻璃体腔明显扩张至 130 % ,眼内轴长延长至 10 8% ,通过 8个赤道半径测量全面扩大。 ( 2 )MPHS具有抑制眼球外径。 ObjectiveTo improved and perfected the study of form deprivation myopia (FDM) model,and explored the inhibitory effect of MPHS on FDM on the basis of predecessors.MethodsThe nasal side of the left eye in each chicken wore with a transparent crescent goggle covering 1/2 eyelid;which caused the form deprivation of the 1/2 eye.The right eye served as the self control one.According to the requirements,different drops were put in the eyes of model group and other experimental groups per day.The observation lasted 35 days.Under general anesthesia,A ultrasound was used to measure the intraocular structures of the left and right eyes; Japanese computerized automatic kerato dioptrometer KR 7100 was used to measure the diopters of chicken eyes in different groups.A non contact Abbe comparator was used to measure the lengths of various external diameters.The 8 radii of equator were measured and compared in normotopic photographs.ResultsThe external diameters of the model group were larger than those of normal group:the differences of A P axes,D V diameters and N T diameters between the model group and the normal group were 0 626±0 216,0 517±0 628 and 0 634±0 587 respectively;the vitreous body chamber increased by 113%;the intraocular axis extended by 108%;the lengths of the 8 radii of equator were 105 3%,108 7%,109 6%,105 4%, 1 103 0% ,109 1%,108 5% and 109 8% respectively.There were significant differences between the model group and the normal group( P <0 05~0 001).Diopter increased by -2 087 D. )ConclutionMPHS could markedly inhibit the enlargement of A P axes,D V diameters and N T diameters,increase the negative diopter by 2 0 D in morphology of eyeball.
