摘要
目的 :检测白细胞介素 1β(IL_1β)mRNA、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α)mRNA在成人牙周炎患者牙龈组织中表达 ,探讨IL_1β和TNF_α与牙周炎致病机理的关系。 方法 :采用RT_PCR方法检测IL_1βmRNA、TNF_αmRNA在 19例成人牙周炎患者炎症牙龈和 9例牙周健康者牙龈组织中表达。结果 :IL_1βmRNA表达强度在成人牙周炎病变牙龈(0 819± 0 0 45 )显著高于正常牙龈 (0 30 6± 0 0 87) (t=3 71,P <0 0 1)。TNF_αmRNA表达强度在成人牙周炎病变牙龈 (0 6 96± 0 0 98)显著高于正常牙龈 (0 ) (t=7 0 9,P <0 0 1)。结论
Objective:The aim of this study was to examine interleukin_1 beta (IL_1β) mRNA and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF_α) mRNA expression in gingival tissues of patients with adult periodontitis.Methods: A total of 19 patients, including 10 patients with adult periodontitis and 9 healthy individuals as the control, were evaluated for were selected for evaluating IL_1β mRNA and TNF_α mRNA expression, using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT_PCR) technique.Results: The relative amount of IL_1β mRNA expression of gingival samples from patients with adult periodontitis (0 819±0 045)(P<0 01) was much higher than that from the normal control (0 306±0 087)(P<0 01). The relative amount of TNF_α mRNA expression, gingival samples from AP patients (0 696±0 098) was also much higher than that from the normal control (0)(P<0 01).Conclusion: As the inflammatory and bone absorption mediators, IL_1β and TNF_α might play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of adult periodontitis.\;
