摘要
目的:探讨脱氧胆酸钠、乳果糖和山莨菪碱对梗阻性黄疸时内毒素血症的治疗效果。方法:40只Wistar大鼠结扎肝外胆管,21d后形成梗阻性黄疸动物模型,随机分为4组:对照组、脱氧胆酸钠组、乳果糖组及山莨菪碱组。各组分别用生理盐水、脱氧胆酸钠、乳果糖及山莨菪碱灌胃3d,并在灌胃前后抽取门静脉及体静脉血测定内毒素浓度。结果:脱氧胆酸钠组和乳果糖组服药前后的门静脉血内毒素浓度服药后均低于服药前,有显著性差异<0.01而山莨菪碱组及对照组服药前后门静脉和体静脉血内毒素浓度无统计学意义>0.05。结论:脱氧胆酸钠和乳果糖能降低门静脉血和体静脉血内毒素浓度。
Objective: To investigate the influence of sodium deoxycholate, lactulose and butylbromide on endotoxemia of experimental obstructive jaundice in rats. Method: Forty Wistar rats were made into animal model of obstructive jaundice after 21 days through ligature of common bile duct and then were divided into four groups randomly and NS, sodium deoxycholate lactulose and butylbromide respectively by PO for 3 days. The endotoxin levels of portal and peripheral venous blood were determined before and after feeding. Results: The endotoxin levels of portal and peripheral venous blood were significantly reduced after feeding sodium deoxycholate and lactulose, but there were no statistical changes by feeding butylbromide. Conclusion: sodium deoxycholate and lactulose can reduce the endotoxin levels of portal and peripheral venous blood.
