摘要
目的 探讨鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫功能状态及其与T细胞亚群、EBV血清学检测、临床分期之间的关系 .方法 采用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群功能变化 ,免疫酶法检测鼻咽癌患者VCA -IgA与EA -IgA变化 ,红细胞C3b受体花环 (C3bRR)及免疫复合物花环 (ICR)、直向肿瘤红细胞花环法 (DTER)检测红细胞免疫粘附功能 .结果 ①鼻咽癌组、肺癌组与健康对照组相比 ,红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能指标明显降低 (p <0 .0 1) ;②与肺癌组相比 ,鼻咽癌组DTER与CD4 明显下降 ,ICR明显升高 (p<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1) ;③鼻咽癌组EB病毒血清学检测结果高、低滴度之间未存在明显红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能变化 (p>0 .0 5 ) ;④鼻咽癌组Ⅱ与Ⅳ期、Ⅲ与Ⅳ期之间T细胞亚群功能指标及DTER存在明显差异 (p <0 .0 5 ) .结论 鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群功能低下 ,且随着病情进展而进一步降低 ,但与EB病毒血清学检测结果高低无关 ;与肺癌组相比 ,鼻咽癌者免疫功能可能更低 .
Objective To Analyze the red cell immunological functions of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its relations with T-cell subgroups, EBV serum tests, clinical stages. Methods Examine the functions of T-cell subgroups of the patients with FCM,and detecting the serum level of VCA-IgA/EA-IgA of the patients with immunoenzyme methods and red cell immunological adhereing functions with C3BRR, ICR, DTER. Results ①Comparing with the healthy control ,the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and pulmonary cancer group showed a remarkably decrease in the red cell immunological adhereing functions and T-cell subgroup functions(p<0.01);②Comparing with pulmonary cancer group, the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group had a significant decrease of CD4 and DTER with greatly increasing of ICR (p<0.05 or p<0.01);③There were no obviously difference between the patients with high-titre and low-titre of EBV serum test(p>0.05);④The nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with different clinical stages got a different T-cell subgroup functions and DTER values(p<0.05). Conclusions The red cell immunological adhereing functions and T-cell subgroup functions of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were lower than healthy persons ,and as the disease developed, its functions became lower and lower, but of no relation with the EBV serum tests.Comparing with pulmonary cancer, the immunological functions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma may be lower.
