摘要
观察了NPC患者和不同滴度IgA/VCA者的T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)和补体C3的变化。结果提示,鼻咽癌患者的T细胞亚群失调,细胞免疫功能明显降低而体液免疫功能明显增高;NPC患病风险者──高滴度IgA/VCA者的免疫功能发生了与NPC患者相似的变化;低滴度IgA/VCA者的细胞免疫功能也开始趋向于抑制状态。研究结果为NPC发病的免疫机制和防治提供了重要的实验依据。
T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)and C3 of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients and individuals with varied titer of IgA/VCA were observed in this article. The results showed that from NPC patients,CD3,CD4 cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 were obviously lower but CD3 cells and lgG,IgA were obviously higher than other groups;that from NPC risker-individuals with high titer of IgA/VCA changed between NPC patients and individuals with low titer of IgA/VCA;CD3 from individuals with low titer of IgA/VCA was higher than IgA/VCA negativeness.This suggested that T cell subsets are imbalanced,cellular immunity is significantly lowered and humoral immunity is significantly increased in NPC patients. The cellular immunity in individuals with high titer of IgA/VCA has a similar change as that in NPC patients and tend to inhibiting state in individuals with low titer of IgA/VCA,The results would provide an important experimental basis for immune pathogenesis and prevention and cure of NPC.
