摘要
目的 :本文报告 5 4例肌性斜颈手术治疗经验。 方法 :对 5 4例肌性斜颈行胸锁乳突肌下端切断术治疗。 结果 :疗效优者达 85 .2 % ,无一例并发症。 结论 :胸锁乳突肌下端切断术 ,操作简单、安全 。
Objective:The authors present the experience of 54 cases with incision of upper end of sternocleidomastoid muscle for muscular torticollis Methods:54 cases with open sternocleidomastoid tenotomy for muscular torticollis Results:85 2% of the patients showed excellent and good results without complications Conclusion:It is a kind of feasible methods in treating muscular torticollis following advantages including safe,simple etc.
