摘要
目的 :探讨先天性肌性斜颈松解的方法和效果。方法 :采用胸锁乳突肌部分切除术治疗先天性肌性斜颈45例。结果 :45例均获得良好矫正。结论 :胸锁乳突肌部分切除术疗效优于胸锁乳突肌切断术。术后局部粘连少 ,没有复发。包括颈阔肌、颈深筋膜的彻底松解是手术成功的关键。
Objective:To characterize treaetment and result in congenital muscular torlicollis. Methods: 45 cases of congenital torticollis patients were treated by partial musculas sternocleidomastoideustomy. 45 cases were treated by operation. Results: All of the patients had correted. Conclusion: Result of partial musclas sternocleidomastoideustomy is better than that of musculas sternocleidomastoideus rhizotomy. There was lesspostoprative local adhetions and no recurred. Including deep fascia of neck and musculas platysma's complete tenolysis is the key to successful opertation.
