摘要
本文分析9例成软骨细胞瘤,男4例,女5例,年龄7～26岁。症状均有局部疼痛,且趋于进行性加重,近半数有夜间痛史。典型X线表现:①病变侵及骨骺8例;②壳状硬化缘(9例)及周围硬化带(4例);③呈分对状轮廓(6例);④骨膜增生(5例);⑤易侵犯关节(5例);⑥瘤内钙化(2例)。
Nine cases of chondroblastoma were analysed. Among them were 4 males and 5
females, with 7 cases occurring under the age of twenty. The main clinical
findings were local pain that became progressively severe, and night pain in half
of the cases. Typical X-ray features were summarized as follow: ① transepiphysial
plate lesions; ② a shell-like sclerotic edge and a surrounding sclerotic rigion.
③ periosteal reaction; ④ easy invasion of the joint; ⑤ calcification within the
tumor.
