摘要
本文报告３例伴有透明细胞分化的骨肉瘤。组织学上瘤细胞有透明胞浆，排列呈小叶状，伴有肿瘤性骨样组织和骨组织。例２小灶性软骨母细胞移行为透明细胞。讨论了肿瘤的命名、形态学特征和鉴别诊断。
Three cases of osteosarcoma with clear cell differentiation were reported. Histologically, the neoplastic cells were characterized by clear cytoplasm and lobular arrangement with malignant neoplastic osteoid and osseous tissues. In case 2, small focal chondroblasts transformed into clear cells. The nomenclature, morphological characteristics and differential diagnosis of the tumor were discussed.
