摘要
采用阻断沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉60min,继之再灌流120min的实验模型,检测了皮层脑电图(EEG),大脑皮层水、电解质、前列腺素及超微结构等变化。结果表明,脑缺血再灌流后EEG严重抑制;脑组织水、钠、钙含量增加;血栓素(TXB_2)增加;前列环素(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))减少;缺血神经元的超微结构损伤进一步加重。提示沙土鼠脑缺血再灌流后脑组织损伤加重。对上述变化发生的可能机制进行了讨论。
By 60-min ligation of the gerbils bilateral carotid arteries and then 120-min reperfusion, the electroencephalographic (EEG) activity and the content of water, sodium, potassium, calcium, TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in the cerebral cortex were measured. The ultrastructural changes were also observed. The results showed that the EEG was severely depressed, and the levels of cerebral water, sodium and calcium as well as the content of cerebral TXB_2 increased
while 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) decreased. The damage to the ultrastructure became severer. The possible mechanism of these changes is discussed.
