摘要
从材料设计的角度出发,比较了一般压敏陶瓷、电容器陶瓷与电容-压敏功能复合材料的异同。通过Nb_2O_5的施主掺杂控制材料的晶粒电阻率,研究了其他掺杂物如MnO_2、Bi_2O_3、Pb_3O_4、BaCO_3及烧成制度对材料性能的影响,制得了性能优良的功能复合材料。
From the view of material design, the comparison is conducted between the materials for both capacitors and varistors and the those for only one of the two. It is investigated how the properties of the double-function material is effected by addictives such as MnO_2, Bi_2O_3, Pb_3O_4, BaCO_3 and sintering conditions when Nb_2O_5 is used as donor for controlling grain resistivity. On the basis of the investigate results, a high performance double-function material is acquired.
