摘要 ZnO压敏陶瓷具有优异的非线性特性,广泛应用于电子仪器和电力装置领域。为了满足电子元器件低成本化发展的要求,必须开发出烧结温度低、周期短、电极成本低的ZnO压敏陶瓷体系。总结了当前ZnO压敏陶瓷低成本化制备的研究进展,同时分析了ZnO压敏陶瓷低成本化制备的发展趋势。 ZnO varistor ceramics are widely used in the field of electronic device and electrical installation due to their excellent non-linear characteristics. In order to achieve the low cost development of electronic components, it is necessary to explore ZnO varistor ceramics with low sintering temperature, short period of production and low cost of electrodes. The research advances of low cost preparation of ZnO varistor ceramics are summarized in detail, and the developing trends in this area are also discussed.
