承包商参加投标竞争,目的在于得到自已最有利的承包合同,从而获得尽可能多的盈利。为此,作出正确的投标决策后,必须研究投标策略与技巧,以指导其投标全过程的活动。
The objective of contractors taking part in the bidding competition is to get the most advantageous contract, then earn more profit. Therefore, the contractors must study the strategy and technique to guide the whole bidding process after making the proper bidding decision.
