摘要
在工程招投标中,工程量清单计价是国际上较为通行的做法,也是我国今后的趋势。施工企业应充分理解工程量清单计价的重要性,根据不同情况确定投标策略,灵活采用投标技巧。
Bill of quantity valuation is a conventional practice in international bidding and China is bound to follow the convention.The paper thus argues that project construction companies should attach adequate importance to the valuation of bill of quantity and set down bidding strategy accordingly.
