摘要
针对鞍钢冷轧厂连轧机主导产品为Q195的实际情况 ,考虑到变形抗力对轧制压力和产品质量有直接影响 ,对Q195钢变形抗力进行了实验测定 ,并回归出了相应的变形抗力公式 ,该公式在新建的轧制压力数学模型中得到了应用 。
The deformation resistance of steel Q195 has been experimentally measured and its formular accordingly derived by way of regression analysis in considoration of the actual conditions in the Cold Rolling Mill of Anshan Iron & Steel Corp. that steel Q195 is the main product of the Mill and the deformation resistance can directly affect the rolling force and product quality. This formular of deformation resistance has been used in the newly built rolling force model and good results achieved.
