摘要
采用Greeble-3500热模拟机测试了Q195钢连铸坯的高温力学性能,以及该钢种的抗拉强度曲线及应力应变曲线,确定了脆性区及良好塑性区的温度范围;并用扫描电镜分析了塑性区与脆性区的断口形貌。结果表明,该钢种的第I脆性区温度范围为凝固温度~1 300℃,第Ⅲ脆性区为900~750℃,良好塑性区的温度范围为900~1 300℃。
High temperature mechanical properties of Q195 steel billet were measured with a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine, and the stress strain curve and the tensile strength curve of the steel billet were measured. The temperature ranges of brittle temperature zone and optimum plastic zone were determined. The fracture morphologies of the steel billet at plastic temperature range and brittle temperature range were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the No.I brittle temperature range of the steel is from solidification temperature to 1 300 ℃, the No. Ⅲ brittle temperature range is 900-750℃, and the temperature range of optimum plastic zone is 900- 1 300℃.
