摘要
分析了某钢铁企业在热送热装生产时的主要约束条件。采用遗传算法对生产计划进行优化 ,以提高热送热装率 ,给出了仿真结果。
The restrictive conditions for HCR (Hot Charge Rolling) manufacture plan are introduced in this paper first According to these restrictive conditions, an optimization method of HCR manufacture plan is proposed to improved the HCR rate The GA has been adopted to optimize the HCR manufacture plan, and the simulation results are given in this paper The simulations show that this method can find out the feasible HCR manufacture plans quickly
