摘要
转炉渣的氧化性很强 ,能消耗大量的铁合金和其它添加剂、侵蚀钢包的耐火材料 ,导致钢水的化学成分不稳定。必须尽量减少出钢过程中的下渣量 ,为后工序打下良好的基础。浇注过程中如果不能控制大包下渣量 ,可能会造成中包水口堵塞 ,进入结晶器后可能在坯壳中形成“夹渣”等缺陷 ,使产品质量下降、报废。因此严格控制转炉渣进入结晶器 ,是保证铸坯质量的关键因素之一。本文主要介绍了 ,关于转炉出钢控渣 ,以及浇注过程中大包的示渣技术和大包。
The converter slag with high oxidability can consume great amount of ferro alloys and other additives, corrode the refractory material of the ladle and jeopardize the stability of the chemical compositions of the liquid steel.To lay a solid foundation for the down stream processes the deslagging amount from the converter shall be reduced as much as possible during pouring period. Failure in control of the deslagging amount from the ladle in the casting period could possibly ecuse blockage of the gate in the tundish and consequently incur defect of “entrapped slag” on the slab shell. As the result the steel products will be rejected due to substandard of the steel quality. Stringent control of the entrapment of the converter slag into the mould is one of the most critical factors to ensure the quality of the slab. The present paper introduces the new development of the techniques such as slag control during pouring stage of the converter and slag tracing and slag control in the large and medium ladles during the casting period.
