摘要
分析了出钢挡渣存在的问题,提出了抑制出钢过程漩涡的方法。通过对水从容器中流出的试验观察,证明做到无漩涡出钢是可能的,预测了使用无漩涡出钢技术达到的冶金效果。
This paper investigates some problems existing in holding up slugs during tapping, offers a technique to prevent vortex when last part of liquid steel flows into ladle from converter. The observation of water flowing out of a container justifies vortex--free tapping. The paper also foresees metallurgicalbenefits of the technique.
