稀土在钢中有一定的固溶量 ,可达 10 -5～ 10 -4 数量级 ,起微合金化作用 。
Solid solution of rare earth elements in steel to 10 -5 ～10 -4 order can play the role of micro alloys and have effects on Law of precipitation of V and Nb preipitated phase.
