摘要
试验钢经过真空感应炉模拟冶炼、试验测定、金相观察和理论分析,系统研究了稀土在高碳钢中的赋存状态和存量的变化规律及其对钢中硫化物夹杂、微观组织及性能的影响。研究发现,加入大量的稀土并不能无限制地增加高碳钢中固溶稀土含量,在现有试验条件下固溶稀土含量均保持在0.0011%(质量分数,下同)以下。少量的固溶稀土可以改变高碳钢珠光体形貌、细化奥氏体晶粒和珠光体片层结构。在本试验条件下,高碳钢的稀土最佳加入量为0.030%~0.035%,此时高碳钢的组织和性能得到显著改善。
The state and quantity variety of rare earth elements in high carbon steel and the influence of rare earth on sulphide inclusions,microstructure and properties of the steel were researched through experimental determination,metallographic observation and theoretical analysis after vacuum induction smelting.The results show that the excess rare earth addition can not infinitely increase solid solution of rare earth,and the solution quantities of rare earth maintain under 0.0011%(mass fraction) at existing experimental conditions.A little solid solution rare earth can change morphology of pearlite,refine austenite grains and pearlite lamellar structures.The microstructure and mechanical properties are greatly improved when the addition amount of rare earth is 0.030%-0.035%(mass fraction) under the available conditions.
