摘要
以机构动力学和气压传动动力学为理论基础,建立了描述气压式连杆机构系统的数学模型,求得在气压驱动下连杆机构的动力学参数随时间的变化规律,对气压式连杆机构的运动学动力学参数进行了实时动态仿真。分析了差动阀行程、通道直径和工作腔流量系数对机构动特性的影响。
A physical and mathematical model is proposed for describing the pneumatic linkage, and a digital simulation program is developed to analyze the features of dynamic parame-ters. The paper presents the dynamic analysis and real-time sim-ulation of the pneumatic linkage based on the mixture of Solid works and Fortran. This paper also discusses the effects of the displacement of valve, the diameter of pipeline and the experi-mental coefficient of pneumatic cylinder on the dynamic perfor-mance of the pneumatic linkage.
