摘要
虚拟企业是一种以产品为核心、以制造资源全局优化为宗旨、以信息技术为支持的新型制造模式。面对以顾客需求驱动的全球市场虚拟企业获得成功的基点是建立以核心企业为龙头的多成员企业间协作与协同机制有效实施面向产品全生命周期的、多企业协同机制下的质量管理。本文通过对虚拟企业质量管理系统体系结构的探讨提出了一种以产品全生命周期质量管理为目标充分体现现代质量管理理念的多维视图的集成体系结构作为构建虚拟企业质量管理系统的一种参考。
Virtual Enterprise is a new manufacturing mode that emphasizes product-centered, overall optimization of resources, and IT-supported. Virtual enterprise can develop products in multi-sites by taking advantages of resources in different member-enterprises. Facing to the customer-driven global market, kernel enterprise of a virtual enterprise has to group the member-enterprises together to obtain the maximum market portion, and to realize win-win strategy. Virtual enterprise is working in cooperative mechanism and environment, and implementing efficient quality management strategy among the all members not only in kernel enterprise itself. So, virtual enterprise must build a collaborative and restricting mechanism for product quality management. By discussing the quality management system architecture of Virtual Enterprise, a multi-view integrated architecture model is presented, which focuses on the product, and aims at the customers' satisfactions, and is supported by IT, and orients to the whole life cycle of the product.
