摘要
在分析精益生产和敏捷制造这两种生产模式各自特点及其相互关系的基础上，研究了它们在集成供应链管理系统中的综合应用，指出敏捷制造适于处理供应链中动态变化的市场需求，而精益生产则提供了供应链优化运行所需的均衡生产调度并降低系统的运行成本。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and relationships between the production Paradigm of Lean Production and Agile Manufacturing, their synthesizing application in the Integrated Supply Chain Management System is studied. Agile Manufacturing is suitable for dealing with the fluctuating market demands within the Supply Chain, while Lean Production is more appropriate to prvide the needed level scheduling for the optimized operation of Supply Chain and to reduce the operation cost of the system.
