摘要
高温下合成了掺Pr3 + 的CaSiO3,研究了Pr3 + 在室温下的发射光谱和激发光谱 ,观测到Pr3 + 的 4f5d态的两个能级 ,其最低能级向 4f2 组态的3H4 ,3H6和1G4 发生辐射跃迁 ,其中以向3H4 的跃迁最强 ,而向3P0 和1D2 的无辐射跃迁几率可以忽略 。
Calcium Metasilicate activated with Pr 3+ was synthesized by solid state reaction under high temperature. The excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of Pr 3+ under room temperature was studied. The two levels of 4f5d state of Pr 3+ was observed and the radiation transition took place from the lower 4f5d level to the 3H 4, 3H 6 and 1G 4 levels in the 4f 2 states, among these transitions, the transition to 3H 4 is the strongest. The rate of the nonradiation transition to the 3P 0 and 1D 2 could be neglected. A new type of material that had high efficiency in the short wave ultraviolet was got.
