摘要
测试纳米晶体SnO2 、ZnO材料的热稳定性对于提高气体传感器的可靠性是十分重要的。本文对纳米晶体SnO2 、ZnO分别在 80~ 370K和 2 98~ 1773K温区进行了低温热容和热稳定性测量。利用热重分析仪 (TGA)进行低温量热预处理 ,并且利用差式扫描 量热仪 (DSC)
It is very important to test thermal stability of SnO 2 and ZnO nanocrystals for improving the reliability of SnO 2 or ZnO gas sensors. This paper presents the measurement for low temperature heat capacity and thermal stability of SnO 2 and ZnO nanocrystals at the temperature range of 80~370K and 289~1773K, respectively. Thermogravimetric analyzing (TGA) is used to pre process for the low temperature heat capacity measurement and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique is used to evaluate thermal stability of the nanocrystals.
